Total Quality Management (TQM) is a program that will create more value for your customers and organization by eliminating activities that are considered waste. Any activity or process that consumes resources, adds cost or time without creating value becomes the target for elimination. TQM is a customer-focused approach to improving your operations, services, and optimizing quality and cost.
Our approach is to focus on ‘system-level’ improvements (as opposed to ‘point improvements’). It is this system-level work that dramatically improves your bottom line results. In order for a process to reach its full potential it is important to initially understand what is happening from a system perspective (end-to-end).
This TQM workshop is an introduction to successful implementation of TQM in your organization. Coaching can be provided (if needed) to help you save time and money to your successful TQM implementation.
